2. Data we process
Through our website we process the name, company, e-mail address, phone number and message you submit in the contact form; transaction security data created during your visit such as IP address, browser details, date and time; and cookie data. For clients we may also process identity, contact and financial data needed for contracts, invoices and support requests.
3. Purposes
We process your data to respond to requests, prepare quotes, form and perform contracts, provide our services (software development, technology consulting, maintenance and server management), handle support requests, invoice, keep our systems secure and meet legal obligations.
4. Legal grounds
Processing is based on Article 5(2) KVKK: necessity for forming or performing a contract (c), compliance with a legal obligation (ç), establishing, exercising or defending a right (e), and our legitimate interests provided your fundamental rights are not harmed (f). We ask for your explicit consent for non-essential cookies and commercial electronic messages.
5. How we collect data
We collect personal data through website forms, e-mail, phone, meetings, contracts and cookies, by fully or partly automated means.
6. Transfers
Limited to the purposes above, your data may be shared with authorised public bodies where required by law and with our accounting, legal and IT service providers. Because our site uses a content delivery and security service, some technical data may pass through servers abroad; such transfers are carried out in line with Article 9 KVKK.
7. Retention
We keep personal data for as long as the purpose requires and for the limitation periods set by law, then delete, destroy or anonymise it.
8. Your rights
Under Article 11 KVKK you may ask whether your data is processed, request information, learn the purpose and whether it is used accordingly, know the third parties it is transferred to in Turkey or abroad, request correction, request deletion or destruction under Article 7, ask that such actions be notified to third parties, object to a result against you arising solely from automated analysis, and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
9. How to apply
You can send requests in writing to our address above or by e-mail to info@rgsteknoloji.com.tr, together with information that verifies your identity, in line with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller. Requests are answered free of charge within 30 days.
