Analysis and quote
Screens, data flow and technology choices are defined in a scope document, and the quote and timeline are prepared from it.

Design
Screen designs are prepared and submitted for your approval. Development starts from the approved designs.

Development
Development is divided into milestones; at the end of each, the working version is made available for your review in a test environment.

Launch
Server, domain and SSL configuration is completed, and mobile apps are submitted for App Store and Google Play review. User training is provided.

Operation and maintenance
Updates, backups and support requests are managed on a regular basis, and the system continues to evolve with new requirements.
Frequently asked questions
How long does a project take?
It depends on the scope. The timeline is set out in writing, milestone by milestone, in the scope document.
How do you price a project?
We price the project from the scope document we prepare after the initial meeting, screen by screen and function by function. Requests outside the scope are priced separately.
Will there be extra costs during the project?
No. There is no additional cost for the scope defined in the quote. When a new feature is requested, its cost and schedule impact is shared in writing in advance and implemented only with your approval.
Do you take over software built by another company?
Yes. We first review the existing software and server infrastructure and prepare a technical assessment report. We then decide with you whether to maintain the existing system or rebuild it.
What happens after launch?
Under a maintenance agreement, we manage updates, security patches and development requests; details are on the Maintenance, infrastructure and server management page.
Which regions do you serve?
We serve clients across Türkiye, including organisations in Istanbul and Izmir. Meetings are held online, with on-site visits when needed.
